Here is a little about me (Anna):
Anna Komissarenko has been employed by Caring World & Health Services, Inc. as an Executive Director since it’s inception.
She studied economics, business, and finance at the Moldavian Academy of Science where she earned her MBA. After Immigrating to the US, she continued her education at Baruch College where she majored in Computer Information Systems.
Her passionate disposition, hard work, and charisma allowed her company to grow and doubled the size over a 3- year period. In addition to the home health care services, home health aides and nursing, Caring World provides behavioral health services to children in their homes – Intensive In-community services program.
Anna Komissarenko, to a full capacity, oversees Management, Leadership, and Budget responsibilities that delve into the following areas: Marketing, Advertising, Promotions; Interactive Marketing; Special Marketing; Revenue Management, Internal Audit, Payroll, Budgeting, Financial Reporting; Customer Relations/Rewards; Corporate Communications (Emergency Response; Public Relations; Employee Communications; Legislative Awareness); People (Human Resources); Leadership, Development and Training; Performance Reviews; Labor & Employment ; Employee Relations & Negotiations; Developing Operational and Administrative Policies and Procedures; Purchasing; Facility Maintenance and Management of the Executive Office Staff. She is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Company’s Professional Advisory Committee.
